Key Responsibilities

Upon joining this post, you will be expected to perform the following main duties:

• Manage and oversee the Special Asset Management portfolio for SMEs, developing revival strategies and remedial measures.

• Conduct thorough risk assessments of distressed SME accounts and identify early warning signals alongside Credit Teams.

• Lead discussions with lawyers and consultants on cases and represent the bank during lawsuit procedures.

• Lead data analytics to assess portfolio performance and present regular reports to senior management.

• Ensure all asset management practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Recruit, manage, counsel, and coach monitoring team members to improve performance and retention.

Required Qualifications
