Key Responsibilities

Upon joining this post, you will be expected to perform the following main duties:

• Achieve assigned deposit and business targets through effective customer engagement and portfolio development.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Privilege Banking customers and cross-sell retail banking solutions.

• Deliver a high standard of personalized service, ensuring timely resolution of customer requests and complaints.

• Ensure full compliance with Bank policies, procedures, KYC/AML requirements, and report operational risks.

• Provide accurate and timely business reports, collaborating with Centre Managers and branches to facilitate business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

To apply, you need the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline from a reputed university. (No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed). Preferably completed Banking Diploma courses (JAIBB & AIBB).

• Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in Banks.

• Demonstrates confidentiality, ethical conduct, and professionalism in all customer and business dealings.

• Multitasking and ability to work under stressful situations with a strong sense of responsibility toward achieving targets.
