Key Responsibilities & Purpose

• Conduct internal audit activities across business units, factories, commercial projects, and offices per the approved audit plan.

• Review financial, operational, and administrative transactions to ensure accuracy, proper authorization, and compliance with company policies.

• Examine procurement documentation, vendor selections, quotations, purchase orders, goods receipts, and payment vouchers.

• Perform physical verification and stock reconciliations for raw materials, work-in-process, finished goods, spare parts, and consumables.

• Audit garments and manufacturing operations, focusing on raw material consumption, wastage, costing, and production logs.

• Conduct cash and bank audits, including physical cash checks, bank reconciliation reviews, and revenue/receivables auditing.

• Verify fixed assets, machinery, and equipment against accounting and asset ledgers.

• Prepare comprehensive audit working papers, identify risk implications, draft audit reports, and follow up on management action plans.

• Evaluate ERP system data, leverage data analytics, and assist in strengthening internal controls to prevent fraud and operational risks.

Educational & Additional Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), MBM, or MBA with a specialization in Accounting.

• Professional Qualifications: CA (Course Completed), ACCA, or partly qualified CA will be strongly preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of practical experience in operational, financial, compliance, and process auditing.

• Preferred Sectors: Experience in Garments, Textile, Manufacturing, Shopping Malls, Amusement Parks, Satellite TV, or a large Group of Companies.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems, audit report writing, inventory verification, fixed asset tracking, and data analysis.
