Key Responsibilities

Upon joining this post, you will be expected to perform the following main duties:

Coordinate airport transfers, VIP pick-ups, scheduled drop-offs, and custom guest transit requests smoothly.

Keep precise administrative records of vehicle usage, mileage logs, fuel consumption, and transit schedules.
Inspect pool vehicles routinely for refueling, oil levels, battery integrity, and tire pressure.
Ensure all assigned vehicles are immaculately clean, sanitized, presentable, and maintained according to hotel luxury standards.
Report any vehicle defects, accidental damages, or unusual road occurrences immediately to the Transport Manager or Supervisor.
Comply strictly with internal hotel safety measures, passenger security regulations, and local transport laws.
Maintain presence at the Transport Section while on duty, following the official roster and coordinating closely with supervisory staff.

Required Qualifications
